Aus logistics company is bought by Damco

Melbourne-headquartered freight forwarder Pacific Network Global Logistics has been sold to Damco, a logistics-focused subsidiary of Maersk.

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Pacific has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth, along with offices in Italy, UK, US, China, India and New Zealand, and posted a turnover of $180m in the last financial year.
